Production Details Wines in the blend were harvested, sorted, fermented and matured separately in new 300-litre oak barrels. After 36 months the wine was blended and bottled during July 2012. Regarded by the producer as arguably the best vintage of the previous ten years, 2009 followed ideal growing conditions, lower yields, smaller berries and slower ripening at lower sugars, producing elegant and accessible wines.
