Production Details Grape varieties for the blend were sorted and fermented separately. The wines were then matured separately in new 600-litre oak barrels. After 36 months' maturation the wines were blended and then bottled during May 2022. The winter of 2018 brought stronger rainfall recovery, but wet and windy flowering reduced cluster formation, resulting in one of the smallest harvests since 2005. The final blend combines the best wines of the vintage and was matured for an extended period to add character, stability and depth.
