Production Details 100% Syrah. Fermented in a custom-made 4,500 litre French oak fermenter after destemming and crushing. Hand-harvested into small crates. Manual punch-downs 4-5 times a day with regular pump-overs. Matured in 1st, 2nd and 3rd fill oak barrels for 12 months.
