Production Details Varieties vinified and barrel-matured separately, some varieties underwent whole-bunch fermentation. Cold soaked for 3-4 days with portion of juice drawn off. Fermentation completed in barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation. Matured in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, then blended before bottling.
