Production Details Hand-selected grapes from 25-40 year old vineyards. Whole-bunch pressed. 100% barrel fermented with wild and cultured yeast. Matured 12 months in European oak barrels on lees with regular bâtonnage. 2020 vintage: cool, windy start with late January-early February rainfall. Earlier harvest than usual with higher yields exhibiting good acidity.
