Production Details Hand harvested. Rigorous second and third hand-selection at winery sorting table. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of gently destemmed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Aged 4-6 months in combination of concrete tank (25%), large oak vats (25%), and used French oak barrels (50%).
