Production Details Blend of five Calvarino vintages (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012). Hand-harvested mid-September to October, destemmed and gently crushed, fermented separately at low temperature (14-18°C) in glass-lined concrete tanks. Aged on fine lees in vitrified cement tanks for 8-13 years per vintage.
