Production Details Made from a small parcel of Mourvedre with low crop yields. Grapes were harvested slightly earlier, cold soaked, fermented in concrete tanks with 40% whole bunches, and given three weeks of post-maceration before pressing to 100% French oak barrels. The wine spent 18 months in French oak and 18 months in bottle.
