Production Details Crafted from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca and Souzao using artisanal winemaking techniques including natural fermentation, foot-treading, basket pressing, and maturation in seasoned large casks for 18 months prior to hand bottling. The wine is unfiltered and unfined. Total production is stated as 1,200 half-bottles, or eight barrels.
