Production Details This is the eighth vintage, produced from a small parcel of Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from within the cool-climate district of Elgin. Wild ferment and barrel aged for 10 months in a mixture of 1st fill (10%), 2nd, 3rd & 4th fill barriques. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation in barrel. No added enzymes, yeast and fining agents were used in the making of this wine.
