Production Details 2025 was a dream vintage with long, cool ripening, yellow grapes and immense aromatics. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel lasted about 5 weeks, and the wine was bottled after 2 months in tank. Keywords for the vintage: fresh, fruity, textured - delicious.
