Production Details Pinot Noir from the Franschhoek region planted on south and south-east-facing slopes at 400 metres above sea level. Winemaking: 75% of grapes are handpicked and berry-selected; whole berries are fermented in concrete tanks for two weeks; 25% is whole-bunch fermented; grapes are pressed; after malolactic fermentation the wine matures for 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels with 40% new and 60% old oak.
