Sites Two-hectare single vineyard in Helderberg, Stellenbosch
Production Details Single-vineyard Syrah from a two-hectare site on the lower slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. The vineyard is farmed with organic and biodynamic practices, including no pesticides, herbicides, or chemical sprays, plus farm-produced compost, teas, and biodynamic preparations. Fruit was hand-picked in small lug boxes, crop-reduced for quality, and sorted twice in the cellar, first as whole bunches and then as berries before fermentation. The wine is intended to reward careful cellaring for 5 to 8 years.
