Production Details Single-vineyard Verdelho from a two-hectare site on the lower slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. The vineyard is farmed with organic and biodynamic practices, without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical sprays, and with farm-produced compost, teas, and biodynamic preparations. Fruit was hand-picked in small lug boxes and crop-reduced to ensure only the best grapes were used. The wine was naturally fermented without enzymes, preservatives, or stabilisers, was not filtered, and may contain harmless sediment.
