Production Details Grapes sourced from vineyards around Stellenbosch including the Helderberg, Stellenbosch Mountain, Simonsberg, and Polkadraai. Cool, wet winter and cool growing season with optimal post-veraison ripening conditions. Fermented on the skins, then matured in French oak barrels for 19 months before blending and bottling.
