Production Details From a 1.76 ha old-vine Chenin Blanc vineyard planted in 1983. Handpicked grapes received overnight skin contact in the press, then after two days of settling the juice was split between two stainless-steel tanks with two selected yeast strains. The batches were consolidated after fermentation and matured for 9 months in 21% first-fill French oak, 61% third-fill French oak, and 18% amphora, using only the best barrels and the two amphoras for the final blend. The producer page labels this wine as 2023 but also states the grapes were harvested on 21 February 2024.
