Production Details Predominantly unwooded Chardonnay blended with a small amount of lightly wooded Pinot Noir from Elgin. Both varieties were whole bunch pressed and fermented with native yeast. Pinot Noir was transferred to aged wooden barrels, while the Chardonnay matured on the lees in tank before blending. The vineyards are farmed with organic and biodynamic practices without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical sprays.
