Production Details From certified organic Longridge Wine Estate fruit in Stellenbosch. Juice settled overnight in stainless steel, then fermented in an old 600L barrel. Aged 13 months on gross lees. Bottled with light sheet filtration and a 36 ppm sulfur dose. Total production: 70 cases.
