Production Details The grapes were hand-picked in the early morning and cooled down. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrels. Grapes were sourced from a farm close to the coast in Philadelphia. The producer sheet lists SAWIS appl. #2025/989 and cert. AB4075.
