Production Details Dryland bush vines planted in 1989 and farmed organically. Yields 4-5 tons/ha. Hand harvested, basket pressed, and aged in old oak barrels for 9 months. No yeast inoculation or additives apart from a small amount of SO2. Medium filtered at bottling. Bottles produced: 260.
