Production Details Cool-climate Syrah from Walker Bay made from a blend of three vineyards with different soil and climate influences. Crafted with 15% whole bunch and wild fermented. The wine underwent extended maceration, was matured for 11 months in older 225L French oak barrels before bottling, and was made with no added sulfur.
