Production Details The grapes were hand-picked in the early morning, hand sorted before gentle destemming and crushing, and settling over three days. Fermentation occurred in barrel and malolactic fermentation followed after which the wine was aged in barrel for a further 8 months. Only one 300L barrel was bottled, making this Riviersteen Chenin Blanc an exceptionally limited release, a true reflection of its unique character and terroir.
